This overnight photo the the Maroon Bells - Maroon Peak and North Maroon Peak - during a winter microadventure. During the summer, this location would be filled with people. Once the road closes down for winter, access relies on a long ski, snowshoe, or snowmobile. Shooting stars requires a (cold and windy!) bivy beneath one of Colorado’s most iconic views.
