Location: Boulder, Colorado

This panorama of a lone tree in the middle of a snowstorm literally hangs above our bed at home. My wife said to me one Sunday as we drove home from church as snow began to fall that she would like a photo of this type of scene, and in classic Barney Stinson style I said “Challenge Accepted!” I love how it still shows traces of the tree’s color even in the bleak lonely scene.
